AW12 Green Wishbone Discs combine high-temperature green polyester film, silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive, and EPSI’s patented center pull-up tab to make circular masking easier to place, locate, and remove through demanding finishing processes.

The integrated center tab gives operators a defined gripping point for faster placement and removal without searching for the edge of the masking disc.

The center tab is positioned away from the disc edge, helping eliminate the shadow effect associated with other tab designs while keeping the masking surface easy to handle.
Clean, Predictable Removal
The silicone adhesive system is designed for clean removal after processing with no shrinkage, helping protect the masked surface and reduce post-process cleanup.
AW12 Construction
Built for dependable high-temperature masking.
AW12 uses a 2.0-mil green polyester carrier with a 1.5-mil silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive for a total thickness of 3.5 mils without the liner. The disc is laminated with a patented center tab and rotary die-cut on a specially formulated fluorosilicone liner.
