Our Flex-Tite™ Countersink Pull Plug (CPP) product link is the industry standard masking solution for countersink through holes. With many sizes available, 82° / 90° / 100° countersink holes from 0.220” to 0.428” can easily be masked.

Helpful Hints:

• When plugging a countersink, make sure the plug diameter (PD) is larger than the diameter of the through hole by at least 4%
