If you are a current EPSI customer and are registering for online access for the first time, please make sure to include your assigned Customer ID. This helps ensure your online account is properly connected to your existing EPSI account.
Your Customer ID typically appears on order confirmations, packing slips, and invoices. In most cases, it is a combination of four letters followed by three numbers, such as WILD000.
If you are unsure of your Customer ID, please do not create a new account without it. Doing so may create a duplicate account that is not synchronized with your existing pricing, credit terms, order history, or customer-specific access.
