Polyethylene sticky mats

EPSI’s new SM1 low density polyethylene sticky mats are an inexpensive but effective method to prevent cross color and dirt contamination in your powder coating environment. Foot borne contamination is one of the leading causes of foreign materials being introduced into your coating process; help prevent this by placing this product at the entry points of your controlled coating environment. The SM1 product contains 30 layers/mat with numbered corner taps for easy removal and easy reference for when you are running low and will need to replace the unit. Also suitable to use in clean rooms, assembling rooms, hospitals, chemical processing, pharmaceutical laboratories, computer & electronic manufacturing. Product is available in varying degrees of adhesive aggressiveness that can be specified to your application.
