Typical Applications: Used as a plug in both threaded and non-threaded holes and in combination with hardware to seal off large cavities.

Helpful Hints:

• When plugging a hole, make sure that the major diameter of the plug is at least 15% larger than the diameter of the hole being plugged

• When plugging a hole, make sure that the minor diameter of the plug is at least 15% smaller than the diameter of the hole being plugged

• When masking off of both the front and back of a cavity is required, it is possible to combine two Tapered Stoppers with hardware to create a mask

• Silicone Tapered Stoppers are not recommended for exposure to aggressive chemicals or hydrocarbons.

• Hollow silicone tapered stoppers are an economical alternative to larger silicone tapered stoppers
